Epsom Public School host Sick Kids fundraiser

June 11, 2009 by MikeD

The french classes of grades 4,5 and 6 at Epsom Public School recently organized a fundraising event for Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. “La Crêperie La Petite École” was their brainchild, and under the direction of the core french teacher, Charlotte Santella, the event raised $1,000 for Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. That’s a lot of crêpes! Watch the video below, and Nathan will tell you why they chose Sick Kids, and Charlotte will give you more information about the event itself. It was their first time putting on this type of event, and they really pulled it off. Bravo tous le monde!

If your school is having an event like this and would like to be featured on Port Perry Life, just get in touch and we’d be happy to do it.
